Broadcast
Broadcast journalism is largely where I see the future of my career lying. I have always had a love for the art of performance and the broadcast side of journalism brings me that passion, and my larger passion of sharing an important story with a bigger audience, combined. In our tiny multimedia program that only began this year, we don't have many resources that allow for easily making broadcast stories. But despite that it is something I am passionate about and have still tried my best in creating video stories to share. I've listed some of these works here.
LVA Student Walkout
Spoke, filmed, and edited in story on large school event.

I was passionate in telling this story as it was largely relevant to the school population and local community, and a topic I cared deeply about.
Matthew Gray Gubler
Getting to interview one of my favorite actors (and celebrity crush) from one of my favorite shows will forever be one of my proudest accomplishments.
When I found out that Matthew Gray Gubler had the possibility of visiting my school, I immediately contacted the admin in charge of arranging it and almost begged to do an interview. After keeping in contact with his publishing team and lots of waiting around as he was swarmed by students, it finally happened. It was almost impossible to keep my cool, but I knew I had worked too hard to mess it up. Getting this amazing opportunity was so incredible and it is something I will forever cherish.
Shine a Light
Interviewed, filmed, and edited story on local nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the lives of those living homelessness and underground.

In the discovery of such a great program with such an amazing cause that is actually fulfilled every day in changing the lives of many, reporting on this organization was so educational and so much fun.
